What we collect

When you buy: your email address, the name you give at checkout, your order, its price, your language, and the country we detect from your connection.
Payment: Stripe processes your card. We receive the result and limited card details, such as the brand and the last four digits. We never receive your full card number.
When you set up the app: your elf’s name, your children’s first names (optional, shown only to you on screen), your elf’s arrival date, your reminder time and your time zone.
When you use the app: the mornings you mark as done, when you last opened the app, and the browser of each device you’re signed in on. Sign-in codes and sessions are stored only in a form that can’t be read back.
Photos and notes you add: kept private to your account. Only you can see them. We never use them in marketing, and you can delete them at any time.
If you ask for free elf ideas by email: your email address.
Your visit: the campaign links and pages that brought you, your browser type and your cookie choices. While advertising cookies are on, also your IP address and advertising cookie identifiers, so that ad platforms can tell which ad led to a purchase.
How you use the pages, measured by our own site: the pages you open, how far you scroll, what you click and errors on the page, with your device type, browser, language, time zone and your IP address with its approximate place (not your street address).

How we use it

To deliver Easy Elf Ideas, keep your access and your setup, and sign you in.
To send what you bought: your access link, sign-in codes and tonight’s idea every evening.
If you agreed to receive them, to send tips and news by email. Every one of them has a link to unsubscribe.
To handle refunds and payment disputes and to prevent fraud.
To see how the pages are used and make them better, and, while advertising cookies are on, to measure which ads work.
To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Providers that work for us, only for that work: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email). Your photos, notes and your children’s names are never shared with anyone else.

Analytics and advertising platforms: Google Analytics and PostHog, to measure the site, and Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, to measure ads. They run unless you turn them off in Privacy choices. While they’re on, the pages you view and, when you sign up or buy, your email address and customer number in scrambled (hashed) form and the value of the order reach these platforms.

We don’t sell your personal information for money. Some U.S. state laws treat sending information to advertising platforms as a “sale” or “sharing”. You can refuse it at any time with Privacy choices, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a refusal.

We also disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies and storage in your browser

Always on: your cookie choices, your sign-in to the app (up to a year on each device) and the campaign link that brought you (up to 90 days).

Analytics and advertising cookies: on unless you turn them off. Change your choice at any time with Privacy choices.

How long we keep it

We keep your purchase and access records while you have access and for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Your setup, photos and notes stay with your access until you delete them or ask us to delete them; we’ll keep only what the law requires us to keep.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, including your photos and notes, by emailing support@momentsparty.com. We confirm it’s you before acting, for example with a code sent to your email address. Depending on where you live, your state’s law may give you more rights.

Children

Easy Elf Ideas is meant for parents and other adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13; the children’s first names a parent may type are shown only to that parent.

Where your information is kept

We’re in the United States, and our providers keep information in the United States.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top.
